Our staff work on local time zones, which can be crucial for communication and achieving deadlines. Invoices can be raised in the currency and to the entity of your choice.

At each of our warehouses, we offer a full-service pick and pack merchandise fulfilment solution, all of which can be integrated with our client facing stores and digital platforms.
We can print or receive literature, pick individual products as ordered, pack in customized boxes and ship individual orders or bulk orders to clients or event locations.
International merchandise delivery.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom shaped or bespoke merchandise?As with all our branded merchandise, the minimum order quantity varies from product to product. Usually, custom made merchandise has a slightly higher minimum order quantity. The minimum order quantity for the product you need created will be confirmed at the quotation stage.

What file formats do you accept for design submissions?For initial design submissions we accept most image formats. Commonly submitted formats include JPEG, EPS, PNG, AI, PSD, and PDF.

Can I see a sample of my design before the full order is produced?We will send a proof for approval via email before the order goes into production. However, we can supply a physical branded sample, but costs will apply.
