What custom made products can we produce?

With our great connections directly with the manufacturers, we are able to produce a wide range of custom merchandise. We've produced everything from soft toys and inflatables, to custom shaped products such as keyrings and tech goods, and even bespoke Lego figures.
Another great option for more bespoke merchandise is Pantone matched products. Everyday items such as bags, sunglasses, pens, notebooks and water bottles, can be produced in your exact brand colours, giving you more immediate brand recognition.
What is the process for making custom made merchandise?

In many cases, brands will come to us with a drawn design of what they want or a photo of what they want to represent, such as a company mascot.
However, in some cases, they will come with an idea that hasn’t even made it onto paper yet.
Once we have discussed your idea, we will speak to our manufacturers, explain the options to you and provide you with information on materials, time frames and prices. You’ll be provided with as many visual representations as possible to make sure you make an informed decision.

Is there a minimum order quantity for custom shaped or bespoke merchandise?As with all our branded merchandise, the minimum order quantity varies from product to product. Usually, custom made merchandise has a slightly higher minimum order quantity. The minimum order quantity for the product you need created will be confirmed at the quotation stage.

What file formats do you accept for design submissions?For initial design submissions we accept most image formats. Commonly submitted formats include JPEG, EPS, PNG, AI, PSD, and PDF.

Can I see a sample of my design before the full order is produced?We will send a proof for approval via email before the order goes into production. However, we can supply a physical branded sample, but costs will apply.
